From bedroom edits to world-class campaigns

Liam didn’t take a conventional path into filmmaking. In place of industry connections or a pricey education, he built LSVP through passion, persistence, and a deep belief in storytelling that moves people.

Born and raised in Windsor, Liam grew up obsessed with football. He’d watch Chelsea with his dad and brother every weekend, and loved checking out the end-of-match montages — commentary, music, slow-motion highlights. That’s where his instinct for storytelling began.

After losing his dad at 14, school felt pointless and his dream of playing professionally drifted away. Then, his brother showed him how to edit video using Pinnacle VideoSpin.

Liam started creating football highlight reels under the name Sully Prods, stitching together clips of his favourite players to music. Editing became his therapy — his way of channelling grief into something productive. This marked the start of his journey into film.

Liam left school early and honed his craft. YouTube tutorials. Trial and error. Relentless practice. University didn’t stick either — too much theory, too little hands-on learning. By 19, with no formal qualifications, he worked part-time stacking shelves while figuring out what came next.

Through his mum, Liam met BBC cameraman Vic Marwaha and began shadowing real shoots. He made an impression and was invited to the studio, where he met Matthew Wright and secured a runner role at Princess Productions. Here, he soaked up every ounce of knowledge he could on shows like The Wright Stuff, Sunday Brunch, and Got to Dance.

But Liam wasn’t content staying behind the scenes. In his spare time, he shot small projects, often unpaid, and teamed up with friend Gary Cross to launch Cross Sullivan Weddings. Over four years, he filmed 100+ weddings and sharpened his eye for standout shots.

Eventually, he hit a creative wall. Liam wanted to get back to sport — to the energy, the atmosphere, the emotion.

A freelance retainer with Oddschecker gave him stability and space to grow, which snowballed to bigger clients, bolder shoots, and international campaigns. Liam found himself on the pitch, backstage, and in edit suites for brands like FIFA, McDonald’s, European Athletics, Alliance Healthcare, and more. He’s also collaborated with his childhood idol, John Terry, and creative partners such as Russell Brand.

But Liam’s journey hasn’t been a highlight reel. He’s faced addiction, recovery, and personal challenges, continually rebuilding himself from the inside out. Sobriety, faith, and resilience now shape the way he works — how he shows up for clients, holds space for real stories, and crafts every frame with care.

Today, LSVP is a full-service creative studio trusted by global brands and grassroots causes alike. At its heart, Liam is still the kid captivated by football montages — still focused on striking visuals, music, timing, and stories with soul.
